Job Description

Michaels est à la recherche d'un membre de l'équipe de service pour rejoindre notre équipe de vente au détail.

Responsabilités
  • Aider les clients à trouver les produits qu'ils recherchent et à les aider à faire leurs achats.
  • Offrir un service à la clientèle amical et rapide aux caisses.
  • Effectuer le déchargement des livraisons par camion et les tâches liées à la présentation de la marchandise dans tout le magasin.
  • Mettre les clients au courant du sondage Voix du client (VDC).
  • Aider avec les processus omnicanaux, y compris les commandes AEL/REM (achetez en ligne, ramassez en magasin) et les commandes expédiées à partir du magasin (EXP/M).
  • Participer aux processus de déchargement des camions, de remplissage des présentoirs et de planogramme (POG).
  • Responsable du rangement de la marchandise et de l'entretien, y compris le processus de retour de la marchandise, replacer la marchandise sur les étagères et du rangement général du magasin.
  • Effectuer les tâches d'optimisation des stocks en magasin (OSEM) et les montages pour les soldes hebdomadaires tel qu'assignées.
  • Soutenir les programmes de prévention des pertes et de sécurité.
  • Respecter les Procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et les programmes de l'entreprise pour assurer la conformité aux lois et exigences applicables.
  • Interagir avec les autres de façon acceptable et respectueuse, rester positif et respectueux même dans les situations difficiles.
Exigences physiques
  • Habileté à rester debout pendant de longues périodes.
  • Habileté à se déplacer dans le magasin.
  • Se courber, soulever, transporter, atteindre et s'étirer fréquemment.
  • Soulever des boîtes lourdes et accéder à des étagères élevées à l'aide d'une échelle ou d'un équipement similaire.
  • Si vous avez besoin d'aide pour effectuer ces tâches de votre travail, veuillez communiquer avec un superviseur pour entamer un processus interactif et trouver un accommodement raisonnable.
Environnement de travail
  • Environnement de magasin de détail public à prendre soin des clients.
  • Toutes les aires publiques sont climatisées.
  • Quelques entrepôts peuvent ne pas être climatisés.
  • Il se peut que du travail à l'extérieur vous soit assigné (recueillir les paniers de magasinage ou pendant le déchargement des camions).
  • L'atelier d'encadrement comporte une machine de coupe du verre et une presse à chaud.
  • Les heures de travail comprennent les soirs, les fins de semaine et tôt le matin.
