Job Title: Office Administrator

Punjab Tax Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and financial records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to multitask.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
