Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at AL - MEDINA HALAL MEAT INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Train and supervise administrative staff as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
