Mortgage Banking Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Mortgage Banking Specialist to join our team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a key member of our mortgage services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients in their mortgage renewal process.
Key Responsibilities- Client Contact and Support: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their mortgage renewal needs and provide personalized advice on available options.
- Mortgage Renewal Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of clients' existing mortgage loan files to assess their renewal needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Product and Service Recommendations: Provide clients with expert advice on mortgage renewal options, including interest rates, terms, and conditions, and negotiate competitive advantages of our loans, insurance coverage, and financial services.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules and regulations to maintain the highest level of client trust and satisfaction.
- Education: Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
- Experience: Possess customer service experience, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
- Language: Fluency in French is required, as you will be working with clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
