Position Overview

Embark on a rewarding journey with one of Canada's premier financial institutions. Join TD's expanding Mobile Mortgage Sales Force, which is in search of motivated individuals to enhance our vibrant team.

The TD Mobile Mortgage Specialist (MMS) sales division is tasked with generating new mortgage and home equity line of credit opportunities within the retail banking sector across the nation. The objective is to attract new clientele to the bank and contribute to TD's Real Estate Secured Lending volumes, profitability, and market presence.

The Mortgage Specialist Support Associate (MSSA) plays a crucial role in assisting the Specialist and the MMS division by efficiently managing daily credit administration responsibilities, thereby enabling the Specialist to concentrate on sales and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This is a casual position reporting to the Manager of MMS Assistants.
  • Handle daily work assignments directly from your designated MMS.
  • Primarily a remote role, allowing you to work from your home office.
  • Flexible scheduling in partnership with your assigned MMS.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in mortgage or credit lending.
  • Advanced proficiency in technology and computer applications.
  • Strong command of the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional time-management abilities, consistently meeting or exceeding deadlines and service level agreements.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills, utilizing strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred.
