Position Overview

Embark on a rewarding journey with one of Canada's premier financial institutions. Join TD's expanding Mobile Mortgage Sales Team, which is on the lookout for motivated individuals to enhance our vibrant workforce.

The TD Mobile Mortgage Specialist (MMS) team is tasked with securing new mortgage and home equity line of credit opportunities within the retail banking sector on a national scale. The primary objective is to draw in new clientele to the bank, thereby boosting TD's Real Estate Secured Lending volumes, profitability, and market presence.

The Mortgage Specialist Support Associate (MSSA) is essential in assisting the Specialist and the MMS division by efficiently managing daily credit administration responsibilities, enabling the Specialist to concentrate on sales and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This is a casual role reporting to the Manager of MMS Support Associates.
  • Handle daily workload directly from your assigned MMS.
  • Work primarily from a remote home office.
  • Enjoy flexible scheduling in partnership with your assigned MMS.

Qualifications:

  • Background in mortgage or credit lending.
  • Proficient in technology and advanced computer skills.
  • Expertise in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional time-management abilities, consistently meeting or exceeding deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Strong attention to detail and high-level accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service skills, utilizing strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Bilingual in English and French is preferred.
