We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Esso Circle K. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales supervision, with a strong understanding of merchandising and personnel management. You will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning tasks, ordering merchandise, and establishing work schedules. Additionally, you will be expected to sell merchandise, prepare reports, and resolve issues that may arise.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • high school diploma or equivalent
