Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for building relationships and developing referrals to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Nurture lead sources and identify new opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Organize strategic marketing events to promote the Sunrise Story and convert leads to move-ins
  • Develop and implement creative tactics to drive sales and achieve maximum occupancy goals
  • Train and mentor new team members to ensure a smooth transition and high level of performance
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated sales experience in senior living, hotel/hospitality, or related healthcare environment
  • Proven track record of building local relationships and driving business growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate small-group presentations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, with a passion for seniors
  • Flexibility to work one weekend day per week and some evenings as necessary
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications
