Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Peter's Pizza & Golden Foods Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department, ensuring that they meet the organization's goals.
  • Motivate staff and plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information, respond to employee questions and complaints, and order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and maintain and manage digital databases.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, conduct performance reviews, and supervise office and volunteer staff.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check.
