Job Title: Technical Support Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team at Whiteridge Inc. as a key member of our IT department.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Agent will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance, and maintaining accurate records of problems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to employees on technical topics.
  • Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Perform regular system backups and recoveries.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
