Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pizza Hut. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Seminars and Conferences: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our team's goals.
  • Information Flow: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and up-to-date.
  • Meeting Minutes: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure that all actions and decisions are documented.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure that our team is well-coordinated.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Office Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure that our office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Information Filing: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure that all necessary documents are easily accessible.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure that they are accurate and professional.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to ensure that our records are up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
