Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Yager Construction. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Team Activities: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Record and Prepare Minutes: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Schedule Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with team members and external stakeholders.
- Manage Information: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Provide Support: Answer electronic enquiries, provide administrative support, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop Communication Strategies: Oversee the development of communication strategies, ensuring effective internal and external communication.
- Compile Data: Compile data, statistics, and other information, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Prepare Reports: Oversee the preparation of reports, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Manage Office Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Organize Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access to information.
- Perform Bookkeeping Tasks: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
