We are a leading Canadian school photography company with over 400 employees and a state-of-the-art photo lab in Burlington, Ontario. We serve over 2,300 schools across Canada and are committed to providing prompt, efficient, and friendly service.

The Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a seasonal photographer. The successful candidate will travel to various schools to conduct photo day sessions, photographing children and adults. The ideal candidate will be motivated, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Photograph a variety of subjects, including children and adults, individually or in groups
  • Setup and break down professional photography equipment
  • Coordinate photo session days at schools to ensure efficient operations
  • Address requests from school administrators, teachers, and students
  • Participate in training to become a professional photographer
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Photography experience is an asset, but not required
  • Strong customer focus and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with multiple priorities and changing circumstances
  • Experience working with children is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with the ability to carry professional equipment
  • Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs
  • Ability to push up to 60lbs using provided equipment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend repetitively for extended periods
  • Travel required throughout the specified region
  • Work in a school environment from Kindergarten to High School
