The Opportunity

We're looking for a bright and outgoing individual who is passionate about building relationships and offering tailored solutions to our clients. As an Auto Associate, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on how to best protect their assets.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of insurance products and services
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
  • A high school education or equivalent
  • A Level 1 Insurance License is an asset, but not required

A Day in the Life

  • Building relationships with clients, colleagues, and automobile dealership representatives
  • Offering a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products
  • Processing a wide variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more
  • Upselling and cross-selling other insurance products from our other departments
  • Administrative duties, such as answering the phone and inventory restock
