We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Insurance Advisor to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and families protect their most valuable assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs, providing personalized solutions to meet their unique requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings, utilizing this knowledge to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless policy processing and issue resolution.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year experience in personal insurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, with a focus on personal lines and auto insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven sales and customer service skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.

- A competitive salary range of $45,000.00 to $55,000.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
