Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in a team-based care environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC).
