Job Summary

Clintar Hamilton / Niagara Region, ON is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Construction and Enhancement Project Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and maintaining enhancement/construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of projects to identify potential challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a small crew of landscape construction and enhancement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Customer Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Record-Keeping and Metrics: Accurately track and record job metrics, including project timelines, budgets, and quality control measures.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Safely operate and maintain heavy equipment, including large trucks and trailers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company and local regulations, including health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Clean and Valid G-Class License: Mandatory requirement for this role.
  • Education and Certification: Completed college or vocational training in horticulture, landscape construction, or a related field, with certifications such as CLT or CHT.
  • Experience and Skills: 3-5 years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing projects.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, work in varying weather conditions, and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
