About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at GS WORLD BUILDERS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Prepare and submit production reports, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to budgets.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Resource Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training of team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge to meet project requirements.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Personnel Management: Recruit, hire, and manage team members, making recommendations for personnel actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
