Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and ensuring the highest quality of food service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food preparation procedures to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
