Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct health education and promotion activities to empower patients and families to manage their health.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and nursing practice.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of current nursing practices, policies, and procedures.
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing educational program.
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba.
- Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) certified nurses preferred.
- Experience with chronic illness, geriatrics, and complex continuing care.
- Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
