At Milk-E-Media, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Coordinator I to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative station culture, setting and upholding high performance standards, and collaborating with corporate and radio division teams to implement strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage general administration, HR matters, and budget oversight.
- Contribute as a key member of the senior management team.
- Post-secondary education in radio broadcasting, broadcast communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of multi-platform branding (on-air, online, on-site).
- Experience in successfully managing the programming department of a radio station.
- Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders and partners.
- Must possess strong leadership qualities, including candor, openness, integrity, respect, trust, and innovative thinking.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
