Director and Head, Global Business Initiatives, GTB

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director and Head, Global Business Initiatives, GTB to lead our global business initiatives and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop business cases
- Manage and oversee the execution of business initiatives and projects
- Monitor and analyze business performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a global business development or strategy role
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business data and develop insights
