Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute unique cocktail menus tailored to each event, showcasing your expertise in mixology and creativity.
  • Lead and manage a team of mixologists, providing training and support to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of bar operations at events on-site and off-site, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every event meets their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve your skills and knowledge to maintain the highest standards of mixology.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a mixologist, with a strong portfolio of creative cocktails.
  • Prior experience in event catering or a similar environment, with a strong understanding of event operations and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of mixologists.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
