Job Title: Refrigeration Technician

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team at Heritage Service Group Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment.

About the Role:
  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment, including display cases, walk-in coolers/freezers, and ice machines.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues, using your mechanical and electrical aptitude to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their equipment is running smoothly.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and deliver outstanding service to our customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience as a refrigeration technician.
  • 313A journeymen or red seal refrigeration mechanic certification.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Valid driver's license and a relatively clean driving record.
