The successful candidate will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of commercial refrigeration equipment, including display cases, walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-in and undercounter coolers/freezers, ice machines, and reach-in blast chillers. You will work with a variety of kitchen equipment, such as gas, steam, and electric ranges, fryers, steamers, and combi-ovens.

Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience as a refrigeration technician
  • 313A journeymen or red seal refrigeration mechanic certification
  • G2/G1 license (asset but not required)
  • Experience diagnosing and trouble-shooting commercial refrigeration equipment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, accountable and self-driven
