Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Burger King Bolton #25840. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 16-20 staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, including responding to complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promoting menu items and managing promotions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
