Key Responsibilities
  1. Surpass customer expectations by fostering a welcoming atmosphere during their visit to our retail outlet.
  2. Ensure customers receive a warm greeting and are welcomed promptly and professionally.
  3. Initiate engaging consultations by posing open-ended questions to uncover customer preferences and needs.
  4. Guide customers in selecting the ideal eyewear by providing honest and confident recommendations based on style, functionality, and fit.
  5. Conduct basic technical measurements and adjustments of eyewear (training will be provided).
  6. Assist customers in placing orders and processing payment transactions efficiently.
  7. Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives.
  8. Support store operations by assisting with opening and closing procedures.
  9. Perform additional tasks as required, including maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, and other assigned duties.
Qualifications and Work Environment
  1. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  2. A positive attitude towards customer service is essential.
  3. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are required.
  4. Demonstrated initiative in learning about new products, services, and promotional campaigns.
  5. A strong commitment to driving sales and collaborating as a team to achieve store goals.
  6. Excellent communication skills are necessary.
  7. Open-mindedness and adaptability to new environments are important traits.
  8. A flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
