Key Responsibilities
  1. Surpass customer expectations by delivering a memorable experience during their visit.
  2. Welcome and greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter our establishment.
  3. Initiate consultations by posing open-ended questions to uncover our customers' preferences and requirements.
  4. Guide customers in selecting the ideal eyewear through honest and knowledgeable feedback regarding style, functionality, and fit.
  5. Conduct basic technical measurements and adjustments of eyewear (training will be provided).
  6. Assist customers in placing orders and processing payment transactions.
  7. Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives.
  8. Support store operations by participating in opening and closing procedures.
  9. Carry out additional tasks as necessary, including maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, and other assigned duties.
Qualifications and Work Environment
  1. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  2. A positive attitude towards customer service is essential.
  3. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are required.
  4. Demonstrated initiative in learning about new products, services, and promotional offerings.
  5. Commitment to driving sales and collaborating as a team to achieve store goals.
  6. Strong communication skills are a must.
  7. Open-mindedness and adaptability to new environments are essential traits.
  8. A flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays is necessary.
