Job Summary

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules

The Executive Culinary Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

This role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as ensuring that high-quality standards are met at all times.

Quality Control and Budgeting

The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing budget and cost estimates, addressing customer complaints or concerns, and maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Reporting and Compliance

This role requires the ability to prepare and submit reports, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this role.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.

Languages

Fluent English language skills are essential for this position.

Work Schedule

The Executive Culinary Operations Manager will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
