We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant group seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Job Summary

The Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall direction and management of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader with excellent culinary skills and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and expectations of our guests
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies
  • Manage kitchen inventory and control costs
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high guest satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in leading kitchen operations and improving guest satisfaction
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
