We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Pizza Hut. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled chef to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality food standards are maintained at all times. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to train them in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, leading by example and promoting a positive and productive working environment.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that all food prepared meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ordering new stock as needed to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Training and Development: Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as providing feedback and guidance to improve performance.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
