Job Title: Executive Chef - Culinary Leadership

Ricky's All Day Grill is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take charge of menu planning, kitchen operations, and staff development.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned chef with exceptional leadership skills to oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-volume kitchens, developing innovative menus, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the culinary team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain logistics
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Train and develop staff members to achieve their full potential
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a senior chef or chef de cuisine
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
