Job Title: Account Manager

Alberta Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our business clients, managing sales contracts, and leading our sales team in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to meet sales targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, ensuring alignment with sales strategies.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients, managing negotiations of sales contracts, and driving sales growth.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring effective coordination and execution.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring they are aligned with sales strategies and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
