Business Development Manager

Alberta Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our business clients, negotiating sales contracts, and leading our sales team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business clients to identify new sales opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
- Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure a high-performing sales team.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
