Accounts Payable Clerk Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Sonova. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing daily emails and AP-related mail, coding invoices, and reconciling vendor statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including coding invoices and reconciling vendor statements
  • Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve payable-related issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payable transactions
  • Assist in the implementation of a paperless environment
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 education
  • Previous accounts payable experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and internet
  • Experience with a computerized accounting system

  • Annual salary range of $42,000-$45,000 per year based on experience
