We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Sonova. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing daily emails and AP-related mail, coding invoices, and reconciling vendor statements.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including coding invoices and reconciling vendor statements
- Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve payable-related issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payable transactions
- Assist in the implementation of a paperless environment
- Perform other related duties as required
- Grade 12 education
- Previous accounts payable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and internet
- Experience with a computerized accounting system
- Annual salary range of $42,000-$45,000 per year based on experience
- Annual bonus opportunity
- Extended health benefits
- 3 weeks vacation to start, increasing with tenure
- 6 days of personal time per year
- Birthday day off
- Monday to Friday schedule working 35 hours per week
- Hybrid working environment, 2 days in office per week
