Accounts Payable Clerk Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Sonova. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing daily emails and AP-related mail, coding invoices, and reconciling vendor statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including coding invoices and assigning them to applicable departments for approval.
  • Reconcile vendor statements to balances in vendor ledgers and apply entries as necessary.
  • Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve payable-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of payable-related documents, including tracking sheets.
  • Assist in implementing a paperless environment.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • Previous accounts payable experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and internet.
  • Experience with a computerized accounting system.

  • Annual salary range of $42,000-$45,000 based on experience.
