This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in office and the possibility of contract extension and conversion to a full-time opportunity. Our client is a top 5 bank, and this role offers a great opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide bilingual customer service and support to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to achieve business objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Excellent customer service and client relationships skills
