Bilingual Operations Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Operations Officer to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for prioritizing, processing, and managing day-to-day operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and process day-to-day operations of the team
  • Process the issuance and amendment of Standby Letters of Credit and Demand Guarantees
  • Participate in reporting and reconciliation tasks
  • Assure appropriate controls are in place to minimize risk
  • Provide technical advice to clients and partners
  • Adhere to company's internal policies and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
  • 1 year of trade finance experience
  • Bilingualism is a must
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn on a continuous basis
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proven skills in providing excellent customer service and managing client relationships
