About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our data analytics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business decisions, managing a team of data engineers and analysts, and building secure, scalable data pipelines and systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with expertise in tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, and ETL platforms. They will also possess excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as knowledge of data governance frameworks and familiarity with machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to align with business goals
  • Manage a team of data engineers, analysts, and BI developers
  • Build and maintain secure, scalable data pipelines and systems
  • Drive predictive analytics and machine learning projects
  • Implement data governance practices to ensure data quality and security
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align data initiatives with company priorities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, or related fields
  • 8+ years of experience in data and analytics roles, including 3+ years in leadership
  • Strong technical skills with tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, and ETL platforms
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and familiarity with machine learning solutions
What We Offer
