Senior Financial Data Analyst Lead

As a Senior Financial Data Analyst Lead at Aviva, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and take on the challenge of designing and delivering MI reports and QLIK dashboards that support finance and management reporting needs.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be accountable for transforming finance and operational information into management information analytics, ensuring internal controls and quality measures are in place to maintain report quality. They will consistently and accurately provide MI reports to collaborators in the business and finance departments, building and delivering Finance MI reports in Qlik Sense and Excel-based SmartView.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver MI reports and QLIK dashboards to support finance and management reporting needs
- Transform finance and operational information into management information analytics
- Ensure internal controls and quality measures are in place to maintain report quality
- Consistently and accurately provide MI reports to collaborators in the business and finance departments
- Build and deliver Finance MI reports in Qlik Sense and Excel-based SmartView
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A designated accounting professional (CPA or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance operations or management reporting with proven experience in managing customer expectations
- Experience working with data visualization tools is essential
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with relational databases and data visualization tools is a strong asset
