Sales Team Lead

SA WATCHES AND JEWELRY is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service.
- Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments by cheque, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate with suppliers to order merchandise, maintaining inventory levels and meeting sales targets.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service, promoting and selling SA WATCHES AND JEWELRY products to meet sales targets.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring stock is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Manage Cash: Handle cash transactions, maintaining accuracy and security.
- Oversee Payroll: Coordinate payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate payment to staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
