Job Summary

ATS Automation is seeking a skilled Automation Equipment Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for servicing high-speed automation systems, troubleshooting equipment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain high-speed automation systems, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless execution of service projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in automation equipment service, maintenance, or repair.
  • Strong knowledge of high-speed automation systems, including mechanical, electrical, and software components.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
