About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Education and Business Consultant to join our Sales team in the Greater Toronto Area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance in your assigned territory and contributing to the overall success of our Sales department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities and partnerships to maximize volume and share.
  • Manage all accounts within your assigned territory and establish Greentone brands as a first-choice partner.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to leverage into future sales and activate regional trade shows and in-store events.
  • Lead education sessions with accounts to link features to benefits and create consistent messaging across the product portfolio.
  • Grow brand awareness and engagement within your territory and efficiently manage customer information to maintain focus on targets that align with sales goals.
Requirements
  • Three to Five years' experience in CPG Sales, with a preference for highly regulated industries.
  • Previous experience working in the cannabis industry in Alberta is considered an asset.
  • University degree is an asset, but not required.
  • Highly effective communication and analytical skills, with a collaborative attitude and excellent people skills.
  • A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing several priorities at once.
