About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at OC Education Consulting Ltd. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our educational services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our educational services team, including preparing reports, managing documents, and coordinating meetings.
  • Procedure Development
    • Develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and train administrative staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication
    • Prepare and disseminate reports, manuals, and correspondence to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
