As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our retail corporate service centers, franchise network, and building strong relationships with our employees and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and optimize the performance of our retail operations, including our corporate service centers and franchise network.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, focusing on coaching, development, and training to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our employees, franchisees, and stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with our Wholesale and Distribution function, Sales & Marketing, and other central support teams to deliver business results.
  • Present in the field, lead by example, and promote proactive and open communication to drive business success.
  • Identify and capitalize on regional market trends to drive business growth and improve operational performance.
  • Manage all corporate retail operational sites and oversee franchisee adherence to our strategies and business initiatives.
  • Actively manage our Atlantic corporate network, including footprint development and optimization.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor of Business Administration – MBA is an asset.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing multiple units, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Experience in managing and supporting a franchise network.
  • Ability to travel across the Atlantic provinces to visit sites on a regular basis.
