Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of retail operations professionals to achieve business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance, profitability, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, employees, and stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:
