Job Title: Director of Retail Operations

Belron Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Retail Operations to lead our Atlantic Region retail operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence within our retail network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of retail operations managers to ensure seamless execution of business plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, employees, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in a franchise environment
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or MBA is an asset
