We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Invermere Inn/Copper Point Resort. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations, with experience in managing large teams and overseeing daily hotel activities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational procedures, coordinating inspections, and ensuring that all aspects of hotel operations run efficiently.

You will also be responsible for responding to guest complaints, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Hospitality or a related field is an asset
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
