Executive Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at Rocky River Grill LTD.
Job Description:The Executive Kitchen Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food quality, service, and efficiency meet our high standards.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Maintain quality control standards and ensure that food meets these standards
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
