Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our fast-paced restaurant team. This role will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $62,000 - $82,000 per year, based on industry standards and the cost of living in the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and employee performance.
  • Lead a Team: Supervise 11-15 team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Control Costs: Monitor and control expenses related to food, labor, and supplies to maintain profitability.
  • Implement Marketing Strategies: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, as well as health and safety protocols.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
